You can add any publicly accessible web pages via a link. This can be your own website, product cards, or pages from third-party blogs featuring your articles.
What requirements apply to uploaded PDF documents?
PDF files may be either text-based or scanned documents of any quality (user guides, datasheets, white papers, catalogs, etc.). Even tables with complex formatting are supported. If your document includes complex graphs, diagrams, or other graphic elements, our AI will automatically describe and index them for fast future searches. The maximum allowed file size per document is 80MB.
How difficult is it to install the AI bot on the website?
There is a convenient bot code configurator in the admin panel. You only need to copy it to your website once. If you change any settings, you won’t need to reinstall the code.
Where does the chat widget get the PDF document to display?
All data is processed on servers located in the EU. On-premises AI installation on your own servers can be discussed upon special request.
